Harold has more than 15 years with companies that create kick-ass and life-changing solutions for their customers. He is thrilled to be in a position where he can continue to learn and test my ideas. These simple ideas range from Business Agility, DevOps, Cloud-computing and all things pertaining to Data.
His interests include promoting mutual learning, servant leadership and feedback; helping teams to balance delivery and continuous learning and building things.
Most recently he was an Agile Coach at the largest bank in Mauritius. Now he’s off to start my own business.

This certified Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, Agile Coach and University Lecturer believes in empowering people and inspiring through supportive leadership in order to foster self-actualization for knowledge workers. For her, business/project success is measured through the holistic principle of the Triple Bottom Line (People-Profit-Planet).
